The Shtick is a weekly television program showcasing the Australian Jewish Community, broadcast on the Melbourne and Geelong community station Channel 31. You can tune in to The Shtick on Channel 31 on SUNDAY nights at 9pm and repeated on Wednesday afternoons at 2:30pm and early Friday morning at 3am!

For over five years (since Sept. 2004), The Shtick has been seen weekly on Channel 31, reaching an audience of up to 50,000 viewers per week in our 21st Season. The Shtick is a showcase of spontaneous, improvised Jewish entertainment television, produced hot and fresh every week.  Since September 2004, our production team has revitalised Jewish community TV.

This team has produced more than 225 half-hour TV shows (June, 2010), showcasing all facets of Jewish life, including music, art, culture, humour, politics, religion, food, education, sport and other activities of interest to the community.

We are well into production for our 21st Season with a fresh format, new segments, and more wonderous TV magic.
